MEET THE TEAM...
Heading up the business (and the family), Gary is responsible for logistics and the day-to-day management of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and all of our delicious food reaches our clients on time.
Alongside Gary, Sarah heads up the business and is the creative force behind Impact Catering, responsible for developing new menus and adding that touch of magic to all of our food.
Having joined the business back in 2006, Will is our eldest son and is in charge of managing our team of chefs. Overseeing everything which passes through our ovens or touches our stove, he ensures that all of our food is prepared to the very highest standard.
Joe is our second eldest son and heads up the kitchen alongside Will as well as being our in-house baker. Joe is also responsible for sourcing new ingredients and ensuring that our 5 star Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
Sophie is our eldest daughter and Events Manager. Having worked in creative events for over 10 years she is responsible for all bookings and will be your point of contact from initial enquiry through to final event preparations.
Jude is our youngest team member as well as being Gary and Sarah’s nephew. He is an invaluable member of the team with a keen passion for food (as well as being a font of football knowledge).
