We do ask that when booking you give as much notice as possible, preferably 2 working days, However, we totally appreciate that, whilst you may be super organised and efficient, events sometimes conspire to send the system into disarray so therefore we will always do our best to deal with last minute changes of plan and ‘just sprung on you’ requests. We absolutely hate having to say ‘no’ it’s just that sometimes we are so busy that to take on last minute orders might compromise the service provided to customers who have booked in advance.
If your request is for a last minute booking please call rather than email so we can provide you with immediate confirmation as to whether we can fulfill your requirements.
Special dietary requirements
Please notify us as soon as possible with any dietary requirements that might be necessary. We are able to cater for most needs including Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal, Gluten / Wheat Free
Changes to your booking
Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours prior to your event. However we do understand that last minute requests are sometimes unavoidable. If, for whatever reason, you need to amend your order on the day of delivery please call us on 0161 707 8129 as early as possible prior to delivery and we will do our very best to accommodate any changes.
Final numbers
Ideally we would like you to provide us with final numbers at least two days prior to your event. However, we understand that this isn’t always possible and will accept changes in numbers as long as you let us know the day before your event. Last minute reductions in numbers may incur a charge.
Cancellations
Cancellations to your booking will not incur a charge providing you give us 24 hours notice
VAT
All prices quoted exclude vat. Vat at the current rate will be added to invoices.
Payment
We invoice at the end of the month. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. We accept the following methods of payment : BACS Paypal Cheques
